December Eats

Thinking about office Christmas parties? End of year functions? Or even a large family gathering? Our restaurants have some great function and party menus available.

Chapter's Bistro: They're fully booked on Christmas Day but there are some spaces free for parties before the big event! Check out the link for a function sample menu.

Oscars Restaurant: The entire venue can be reserved to cater for over 100 guests or a smaller section of the restaurant can be reserved to suit the size of your event. Full out their online inquiry form at the link above.

Mashawi Middle Eastern: Groups can dine in the separate area with a more intimate setting to enjoy their event. Mashawi also provide outside catering, and with amazing vegetarian and vegan dishes.

The only smoke allowed at the Entertainment and Eats precinct is from the meat hitting the grill at Charcoal Charlies or New Oscars.

We know the garden edging provides an ideal place to sit, but please be courteous of other patrons and families with children, and please smoke elsewhere.

This month Movie Mark rates Knives Out with a 7/10

"It's enjoyable and fairly gripping until the final reveal. Knives out is a game worth playing."

When wealthy author Harlen Thromby (Christopher Plummer) is found dead by his maid, seemingly by suicide, the morning after his 85th birthday party, the local police and renowned detective, Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig) are brought in to investigate the events that took place the night prior.
